Appliances are stainless, including Jennair dual fuel 5 burner stove with double oven. The washer/dryer are full sized. Bathrooms have corian counter-tops with Toto no-clog toilets. Furnishings are from top makers including Tommy Bahama, Moosehead, Bob Timberlake, Hooker, Potterybarn, etc. The flooring can't be beat with all living areas having hand skived hardwood floors with Tactesse carpeting in the bedrooms (very soft!). The kitchen's small appliances are from Williams and Sonoma including a Capresso coffee maker, miele vacuum, villaware waffle maker, Kitchen aide mixer, Waring blender, etc. Decking made from Brazilian hardwood with comfortable outdoor furniture. Also included are additional beach chairs, wagon, boogie boards, beach activities, etc.
This property is clearly for those that want to have no worries when they come in town to enjoy DEWEY! Either cook in or go out to enjoy fabulous restaurants...recommendations available upon request!
